Motism OÜ is an Estonian software company founded in 2019. We work on the systems that other shops would rather not touch — bespoke CRMs, legacy data plumbing, and integrations that reach from a web app down to the production floor.
What we actually do
Our work falls into three threads that almost always overlap on a given engagement:
- Data engineering and analytics — ETL pipelines and warehouses on Snowflake, with a focus on real-estate big data: ingest, transform, and analyse over large property datasets.
- HubSpot customisation — deep configuration and custom development, paired with bidirectional real-time HubSpot ↔ PostgreSQL sync via Stacksync, so CRM data lives natively inside operational systems.
- Industrial and production SaaS — connecting web-facing applications to operational systems on the factory floor.
How we are set up
A small, stable core team handles architecture and delivery. When a project needs deep domain expertise — Snowflake performance tuning, a HubSpot edge case, an industrial PLC — we bring in specialists we have worked with for years.
The team sits across European and Asian time zones; clients are in Europe and the United States. We have been working this way since 2019, so the workflow is built around clear written hand-offs and overlap windows with both regions.
We are deliberately boutique. We take on a small number of long engagements rather than a large number of short ones, and we will say no to work that does not fit. That is what keeps the bench senior.

We care about code quality, observability, and systems that still work two years in. We do not bill for slide decks.

We tell clients what we think, including when we think a request is the wrong fix. Long-term work is built on that.
